Common questions
Ask which fabrics the pro handles and how they clean delicate items: wool, silk, down jackets, wedding dresses. In the reviews, look for clothes that shrank or faded after washing.
Washing and ironing are priced by weight or by the number of items, dry cleaning per item by its type and fabric. Difficult stains and rush jobs cost more, so find out the price before you hand anything over.
Before handing them over, photograph the items and the stains and count them together with the pro. Keep the care labels on, and agree in the chat what happens if something is damaged.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
