About Kargad
Kargad is a public catalogue of private masters working across Georgia — plumbers, electricians, cleaners, tutors and dozens of other trades — built around reviews you can actually trust.
Three rules keep a review honest
Tied to a real job
The highest trust mark goes only to a review linked to a deal that was actually arranged on Kargad and marked done. Nobody buys or fakes that mark.
A checked author
Publishing a review takes a confirmed phone number, and every text and photo is checked before it goes live. An anonymous account cannot post one.
The master can reply
Every master gets one public reply to a review about them, so a reader sees both sides before deciding.
How moderation works
Every review passes an automatic check for spam and abuse before it reaches the page, and a disputed one is looked at by a person on the team rather than left in an unwatched queue.
Writing to a master directly
Open any profile and send a message from it. The platform never hands out a phone number, and the whole conversation stays there, where a later dispute can be resolved.
