Common questions
Ask which frames and fittings the pro uses, and whether they install the windows themselves or pass the job to another crew. In the reviews, look at how the windows came through the first winter: no draughts, no condensation on the glass.
The size of the openings, the frame, the double-glazed unit and the fittings. Removing the old frames, finishing the reveals and fitting the sills are often priced separately, so ask what the price includes.
Windows and doors are made to measure, so the pro who makes them should take the measurements. Ask whether the visit is paid, and ask for the sizes and the lead time in the chat, so they are in writing.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
