Common questions
Ask whether the pro brings their own tools and has assembled furniture from your manufacturer before. In the reviews, look at whether the furniture wobbles and whether shelves and TVs still hang straight a few months on.
Assembly is priced per item or as a percentage of the furniture's cost, mounting by the number of shelves, pictures or brackets. Concrete, brick, plasterboard and tiles each need different fixings, so say what the wall is made of.
That depends on the wall and the fixings: plasterboard needs its own anchors, and anything heavy goes on a load-bearing wall. Tell the pro the weight of the TV or the loaded shelf, and show where wires run in the wall. A tall wardrobe is fixed to the wall too.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
