Common questions
Look at work the crew has already completed, and ask whether you can visit one of the sites. Reviews of projects that ran for months are worth more than short reviews of small jobs.
Labour, materials, machinery and delivery. Foundations, masonry and roofing are priced by volume, so without plans, or at least a sketch, there is no exact price.
Ask for an estimate that lists labour and materials on separate lines, with quantities. Decide early who buys the materials, and check the delivery notes against what actually arrives on site.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
About this service
Construction in Tbilisi, from foundations and masonry to roofs and fences. This page collects the crews and pros who take on “Custom staircases”.
In the request, give the plot's location, the dimensions and the timeline. Attach the plans or a sketch: a crew can quote from them instead of guessing.
Leave a review when the project is handed over. You can attach the contract or receipts as evidence: after they are checked, the review gets the “evidence verified” badge.
