Common questions
Start with reviews from families who employed the person for a long time, and ask for previous employers' contact details. Meet in person before the work starts and agree on a trial day.
Pay is usually calculated by the hour, the day or the month. Night shifts, live-in work and care for a bedridden person cost more. Agree on days off and duties in advance.
Kargad does not check references or the background of the people listed, so do it yourself: talk to previous employers, look at their documents when you meet, and start with a short trial period.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
