Common questions
Look for a pro who works on your make, and read reviews of similar repairs. Ask whether they have their own bay with a lift or whether they come to you.
The price is made up of labour time and parts. Ask for the labour and the parts as separate figures, and if the fault is not obvious, agree on a diagnostic check first and decide on the repair after that.
Agree who buys the parts: you or the pro. If it is the pro, ask to see the packaging and the part number. You can take the old parts home: that shows they really were replaced.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
About this service

In your request, give the make, model, year and mileage. Describe when the problem shows up, and attach a photo or a video where the noise can be heard.
After the repair, leave a review and attach the work order as evidence. Once it is checked, the review gets the “evidence verified” badge.
