Common questions
Check whether the pro works on your brand and whether they come to your home or work only in a workshop. In the reviews, look at how long the repair lasted, not only at how fast the pro arrived.
The price is made up of diagnosis, labour and parts. Replacing an expensive part can cost nearly as much as a new appliance, so ask the pro to quote a price before the repair starts.
Ask in advance whether you are charged for diagnosis and whether it is included in the repair price. Ask whether the part is genuine, and ask for the old part back: that way you can see it was really replaced.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
