Common questions
Ask which systems the pro has already installed: cameras, intercoms, alarms or lighting control. It matters whether they set up the app and walk you through the system.
The price depends on the number of devices, the cabling and the setup. You can buy the equipment yourself or through the pro: ask them to price both options.
Before buying, check that the cameras, sensors and switches work in one app and on the same protocol. Ask the pro whether you need a separate hub and what the system does when the internet is down.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
