Common questions
Look beyond the renderings at photos of flats finished to the designer's projects, and ask whether they supervise the build. Reviews from clients whose renovation is finished say more than pictures.
It is priced by floor area and by what the project includes: the layout, drawings for the builders, renderings, and the choice of furniture and materials. Ask whether supervision during the build is included, and how many rounds of changes.
Agree in advance which sheets you will get: a measured plan, the layout, electrical and plumbing plans, wall elevations and a materials schedule. A crew can estimate and build from those; it cannot from pictures alone.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
About this service
Interior design in Kobuleti: layouts, design projects, renderings and the choice of furniture and finishes. This page collects the designers who take on “Interior design”.
In your request, give the floor area, the number of rooms and when you need it done, and attach the plan and photos of the rooms. You can leave the budget out, but naming it helps the designer choose materials.
Leave a review once the renovation is finished: did the result match the renderings. If you hired the designer through a request and closed the deal, the review gets the “platform deal” badge.
