Common questions
Ask to see designs, surveys or reports for similar sites, and ask who will handle yours in person. Reviews of a house built to the design are worth more than reviews of a one-off consultation.
A design is priced by the size and complexity of the house, surveying by the plot and the kind of survey, supervision per visit or for the whole build. Ask how many revisions, drawings and site visits the price includes.
Agree in advance what you will receive: drawings, a plot plan with coordinates or a report with photos. If you need them for a building permit or to register the plot, say so at the start: the purpose decides how they are prepared.
Press “Post a request” and describe the task: as soon as pros of this service join in your city, they will reply. A request costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
About this service
Design, supervision and surveying in Borjomi: house design, construction supervision and land surveying. This page collects the architects, engineers and surveyors who take on “Architectural design”.
In your request, give the plot's location, its size, the stage of the build and what the result is for: the builders, a permit or registration. Attach the documents and photos you already have.
Leave a review when the work is handed over. You can attach the contract or the signed report as evidence: after they are checked, the review gets the “evidence verified” badge.
